Article II. Philosophy.

§1. We know that this is a game, but value it as a game that we love. We hold the honor of our guild family and its members in the highest regard. We practice respect for others even if they do not show respect for us. We demonstrate patience and understanding in a diverse world including those with whom we disagree. We serve others before ourselves and do what is best for group, for guild, for server, and for game. We value the wellness, dignity, and privacy of people over the advancement, benefit, and gain of characters. We are Legionnaires.

Article III. Vision Statement.

§1. The vision of The Fallen Legion is a guild that leads by example and encourages responsible and respectful behavior from and towards all players; promotes respect, good sportsmanship, and healthy gameplay for all players; and protects the rights and welfare of all players.

§3. EverQuest II is a positive, enjoyable leisure activity for the members of The Fallen Legion, and no part of that experience shall belittle, demean, or abuse a Legionnaire or another Everfrostian, for behind every character is a player, and people are always more important than play. The Legion is a family, and family members protect each other, trust each other, and demand the best of each other.
